Project Description
Muskoka Forest is a multi-phase residential land development in Huntsville, Ontario. The site is approximately 35 hectares with roughly 780 residential units planned across multiple phases, requiring coordinated planning, engineering, surveying, servicing, and construction support.
TULLOCH supported subdivision approvals and detailed municipal design, including water distribution, sanitary and storm sewers, roads, lot grading, and stormwater management. The broader assignment also included geotechnical investigations, topographic and legal surveys, tendering, construction inspection, contract administration, and as-constructed documentation.
