Project Description
The Breeze Lakefront Condominium is a proposed six-storey, 38-unit residential development overlooking Callander Bay on Lake Nipissing. As the largest single-site project in the Municipality of Callander’s history, the development requires coordinated planning approvals and survey support for a prominent waterfront site.
TULLOCH is supporting the development approval process through municipal planning, site-specific Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plan of Condominium approval, and an original shoreline road closure application. Boundary and topographic surveys, along with a reference plan, provide the legal and spatial information required to support the approvals process.
