Project Description
St. Joseph’s Lodge is a new long-term care facility in Gore Bay designed to replace Manitoulin Lodge and enhance care for the region’s aging population. The facility incorporates modern resident amenities, a courtyard, and an optimized building orientation.
TULLOCH is providing land use planning, civil engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, and construction-phase services. Our work includes site planning and servicing, stormwater management, parking and building placement, legal and topographic surveys, construction layout, subsurface investigations to inform foundation design, contract administration, and construction inspections.

- Civil site plan and servicing design, including water, sanitary, stormwater management, general arrangement, parking, and building placement
