Project Description
The Hillside Drive North reconstruction renewed aging roadway and underground infrastructure in Elliot Lake to improve safety, accessibility, servicing, and long-term roadway performance.
TULLOCH provided engineering and construction-phase support for the full-depth reconstruction, including preliminary and detailed civil design for the roadway, sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer systems. Our team also completed surveying, geotechnical investigations, environmental review, materials testing, tendering support, contract administration, and site inspections.
The project replaced aging underground services while improving surface conditions and traffic flow, helping extend the service life of this important municipal corridor.
