Project Description
TC Energy identified grading deficiencies at its Rapid City Compressor Station in Manitoba that were causing inadequate drainage, water ponding, and flooding around structure basements. TULLOCH was retained to assess existing conditions and develop a remediation approach for the operating energy facility.
The work combined background-data review, UAV imagery processing, field topographic surveys, civil grading design, and stormwater planning. TULLOCH then prepared an engineering base plan and tender-ready drawings to support implementation of the site improvements.
