Project Description

The Jansen Mine is a major potash development approximately 140 km east of Saskatoon in Saskatchewan's potash basin. The development includes extensive mine infrastructure: shafts, headframes, material-handling facilities, process infrastructure, tailings facilities, rail connections, loading facilities, and supporting services.

TULLOCH provided geotechnical and project-engineering review support, focusing on investigation data, design criteria, embankment dam and dyke concepts, construction QA/QC plans, monitoring plans, borrow sources, stockpile management, and value-engineering considerations.
