Project Description

MTO Contract 2024-5013 rehabilitated approximately 24.9 km of Highways 539, 539A, and 805 in Ontario's Northeastern Region. The work included grading, drainage, granular base, single-surface treatment, hot-mix paving, and electrical improvements.

TULLOCH provided contract administration through construction, managing quality, schedule, financial controls, safety, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closeout requirements for the highway rehabilitation program.
