Project Description

MTO Contract 2024-5006 rehabilitated approximately 29.9 km of Highway 129, extending from 0.8 km north of Highway 17 to Highway 554. The Northeastern Region assignment included grading, granular base, hot-mix paving, and electrical work.

TULLOCH administered the construction contract on behalf of MTO, coordinating quality, schedule, safety, financial controls, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closeout throughout delivery.
