Project Description

MTO Contract 2024-5009 included replacement of the Ontario Northland Railway bridge on Highway 11 south of Highway 571, together with associated highway rehabilitation. The assignment combined major bridge construction with roadway work in an active transportation corridor.

TULLOCH provided contract administration and inspection for MTO, including construction documentation, progress and quantity verification, payment certification, change management, deficiency tracking, and final contract closeout.
