Project Description
The Ministry of Transportation Ontario retained TULLOCH for contract administration and inspection at the intersection of Highway 11 and South Mary Lake Road/Stephenson Road 4, approximately 20 km south of Huntsville. The work included grading, drainage, granular base, hot-mix paving, electrical improvements, acceleration and deceleration lanes, and updated illumination.
TULLOCH provided owner-side contract administration through construction, including field inspection, documentation, progress and quantity tracking, payment certification, change management, deficiency tracking, and contract closeout.
