Project Description
The Goose Gold Mine is a remote open-pit and underground mining operation in Nunavut's Black River Gold District, approximately 75 km south of Bathurst Inlet. Operated by B2Gold, the mine recently achieved commercial production, marking a major milestone for the remote northern development.
Working alongside SRK Consulting, TULLOCH is providing field-based quality assurance support for construction of the primary pond dam and a mechanically stabilized earth wall. The assignment requires consistent field presence and detailed construction verification in a remote operating environment where quality documentation is critical to confirming conformance with the project design.
