Project Description

TULLOCH has supported the Nuclear Waste Management Organization’s environmental work in the Ignace area through a series of studies, assessments, and monitoring programs dating from 2016 to the present. The work has helped establish existing environmental conditions, identify potential constraints, and provide baseline information for site characterization, access planning, borehole selection, permitting, and environmental assessments.

Across a study area exceeding 780 km², TULLOCH has combined desktop review, GIS analysis, field investigations, sampling, habitat assessment, modelling, and long-term monitoring. Our team has also worked closely with the Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation to incorporate culturally informed knowledge into environmental data collection and field validation.
