Project Description

Centra Site A is a major mixed-use redevelopment planned for 111–117 King Street in downtown Oshawa. The development includes three residential towers of 37, 33, and 31 storeys above a mixed-use podium, creating 1,308 residential units within the city’s Downtown Core.

The project also incorporates approximately 517 square metres of retail space, 836 square metres of medical clinic space, and 831 vehicle parking spaces, introducing a significant concentration of new residential and commercial activity into the downtown.

A. J. Clarke & Associates (a division of TULLOCH) led the planning approvals required to advance the project, including pre-consultation, Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval. The team coordinated the municipal review process and supporting application requirements for a large-scale intensification project within an established urban centre.
