Our goal is to hire people in the areas in which they have relevant academic backgrounds and interests, and then help them further their careers by supporting them through mentorships with seasoned professionals.

Here is what you can expect from TULLOCH:

• Regardless of what school year you are in, we’ll be happy to chat with you about a summer position or full-time position
• Well-performing students are warmly welcomed back year after year, and after graduation
• You can expect to receive 40+ hours of work a week
• You will be able to take advantage of rotational work on specific projects
• Summer students typically start in field positions (depending on the level of existing experienced summer students and new grads)
• Both field and office hires are provided with on-the-job training
• We have several graduates working as Surveyors-in-Training and Engineers-in-Training
• You can receive opportunities for cross divisional training, and gain experience in specialized areas of expertise

Education Scholarships

 If you choose to work with us for a summer, and you’re willing to commit to the next summer (or a job with us after graduation!) we will give you a bonus* (payable in September and January) to help offset the cost of your education. These scholarships are intended to help you with your schooling; and to demonstrate how much we look forward to working with you!
