Entry-Level Career FAQs

No. Many early-career applicants are still learning how consulting works. Relevant school projects, part-time jobs, volunteer experience, fieldwork, and a strong willingness to learn can all support your application.

The hiring process will vary by role. It could start through a chat with a member of our team at a career fair or with an online application. Selected candidates will be invited to an introductory conversation by one of our recruiters, followed by a team interview to discuss interests, experience, role expectations, and fit. If there is a match, you will receive an offer to review and accept. Following your acceptance, our team will guide you through onboarding, training, and next steps as we welcome you to the TULLOCH team.

Yes. Opportunities vary by office, discipline, season, and project needs. Available locations are usually listed in each job posting.

Yes. Student and co-op roles can lead to future opportunities when there is a strong fit between the student, team needs, location, timing, and available positions. Many of our team members started at TULLOCH as students, completed multiple co-op placements, and later joined the company full-time after graduation.
