Supporting Essential Community Programs

TULLOCH’s Community Commitment Program turns company growth into local support. Through donations, professional expertise, sponsorships, and volunteering, we support organizations that improve local programs, education, health care, social well-being, recreation, and culture.

Each year, TULLOCH contributes 10% of our profits to vital community initiatives and organizations.

The annual tournament has raised more than $800,000 for priority medical equipment needs at North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) and other important regional projects. How Requests are Reviewed

TULLOCH has always prioritized giving back to the communities where we work and live. As we continue to grow, we have streamlined the process for submitting, reviewing, and considering external requests through our Community Commitment Program.

Requests are evaluated based on:

  • Alignment with one of TULLOCH’s Community Commitment Pillars
  • Previous support of the initiative and how it will be used
  • Registered charity status, where applicable
  • Community impact and local relevance
  • Potential staff volunteerism or involvement

Community Commitment FAQs

Requests can be submitted by nonprofit organizations, schools, service clubs, community groups, event organizers, faith-based organizations, health care groups, and other organizations seeking support for community-focused initiatives.


Yes. Organizations may submit more than one request per year. Repeat requests are considered in the context of previous support, annual giving priorities, and the nature of the initiative.

Requests should be submitted as early as possible, especially for events, sponsorship deadlines, or time-sensitive initiatives. Early submissions give TULLOCH more time to review the opportunity, ask follow-up questions, and respond before key dates.

All external requests should be submitted through the form so they can be reviewed consistently. Employees may still share internal context if they are connected to the initiative, especially when staff volunteerism or participation may strengthen the request.

No. TULLOCH receives many requests and may not be able to support every opportunity. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and response times may vary based on the request, event date, review process, and internal capacity.
