Mark TullochMark Tulloch – Chief Executive Officer

Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of TULLOCH Engineering.  He is an Ontario Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, ultimately responsible for meeting the staffing requirements for all of TULLOCH’S projects.  Mark has over 18 years’ experience and has completed numerous survey and engineering assignments that include legal surveys, engineering surveys, control surveys, municipal infrastructure design, drainage and hydrology projects, and highway engineering.

Dave TullochDave Tulloch – Chief Financial Officer / Project Manager

Dave is the Chief Financial Officer of TULLOCH Engineering.  He is also a Project Manager/Design Engineer.  Dave is responsible for the overall project management of civil, municipal, transportation and land development engineering projects. Dave has over seven years’ experience and has completed numerous survey and engineering assignments that include legal surveys, engineering surveys, control surveys, municipal infrastructure design, drainage and hydrology projects, and highway engineering.

Fernando De Luca – General Manager, Geomatics

Fernando De Luca is a General Manager of TULLOCH’s Geomatics division and is a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor.  With more than 25 years of experience in the land surveying and geomatics industry, Fernando provides support and project oversight to our very knowledgeable project managers.  Fernando’s experience includes large infrastructure and transportation projects throughout Ontario and Canada, including engineering surveys, cadastral surveys and construction surveys in a variety of sectors, including municipal, highways, rails, energy and pipeline, and buildings.

Marla FahrerMarla Fahrer – General Manager

Marla Fahrer is the General Manager of TULLOCH Enterprises.  She is responsible for the management and oversight of all administrative essential services.  She has over 27 years of experience in administration, accounting, and human resources.  She provides guidance and direction to those departments as well as IT and Health & Safety.

Jamie FergusonJames Ferguson – General Manager, Mapping

James is the General Manager of TULLOCH Mapping Solutions.  He is responsible for providing executive oversight of TULLOCH Mapping, which focuses on the use of mobile LiDAR for transportation corridors, rail transit corridors, municipal applications, and mining applications.  James is responsible for leading a management team of four highly skilled individuals that oversee the daily operation of TULLOCH Mapping.

Larry JacksonLarry Jackson – General Manager, Engineering

Larry is General Manager of Engineering at TULLOCH Engineering and has over 25 years of experience working with municipalities, the Provincial and Federal Governments and private developers covering a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects. Larry provides planning, design, contract administration and project management for projects including roadwork, sewage collection, sewage pumping stations, waterworks systems, stormwater management, municipal development assignments, solar power developments, small hydroelectric developments and solid waste landfills.

Kevin KujalaKevin Kujala – General Manager, Geomatics

Kevin is the General Manager of TULLOCH Geomatics. He is an Ontario Land Surveyor, responsible for the scheduling and day to day operations of the Geomatics division.  Kevin has over 23 years of experience and has completed numerous survey assignments that include legal surveys, engineering surveys and control surveys.

Dave McCollDave McColl – General Manager

Dave McColl is a General Manager for TULLOCH Engineering.  He is a Professional Engineer with 37 years of experience in surveying, engineering, construction, maintenance and operations.  He has worked for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation as well as private surveying and engineering consulting firms.

Cory MullenCory Mullen – General Manager, Contract Administration

Cory Mullen is the General Manager of TULLOCH’S Contract Administration division.  He is also a Project Manager, responsible for several MTO Contract Administration projects, throughout Ontario.  Cory has over 15 years of experience and has completed numerous assignments that include highway and structure construction. Cory also serves as a Construction Specialist for constructability reviews, value engineering studies and cost-risk assessments, due to his hands-on construction knowledge.
