Just over twenty years ago, founder and entrepreneur Mike Tulloch purchased a small engineering company comprised of a handful of enthusiastic and aspiring professionals. They shared one common goal: a better life for the communities they served.

In the summer of 1990, having a distinguished history of several decades, the company officially began operating under the name TULLOCH Engineering. Since then, five other firms have joined TULLOCH , one of which being Great Lakes Environmental Services, an environmental engineering services provider serving clients across Northern Ontario and beyond. Shaped from several of Ontario’s finest engineering, environmental and geomatics companies, TULLOCH has a rich history of first-class technical expertise, innovation and quality performance.

We are engineers, scientists, technologists, planners, designers, and project managers who have come together to deliver integrated, innovative solutions. From the development of transportation, energy, and water systems to enhancing ecological environments, our diversity of experience serves one common goal - to improve the lives of communities around us.
